NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police say a game of dice became so competitive that two men pulled knives on each other.

The victim told police he and the suspect were playing dice.

Suddenly the suspect, Timothy Woods, became irate and pulled out a knife. The victim said he then pulled out a knife to defend himself.

A witness reported seeing both the suspect and victim fighting with knives drawn.

When police showed up, they saw the victim had a cut on his right cheek.

Police took Woods away in handcuffs and charged him with aggravated assault.
