Vicksburg mayor asks judge to seal documents in suit against him

Vicksburg's mayor, currently charged with bribery, is asking a federal judge to seal documents in a sexual harassment suit against him.

U.S. Magistrate Michael Parker will conduct a telephone hearing Monday on requests to seal documents in Kenya Burks' lawsuit against Mayor Paul Winfield and the city.

Winfield and city filed a motion to keep information they deem of a sexual nature out of the public.

Burkes' suit claims she was subjected to a hostile work environment after an affair with the mayor ended.
