South Jackson fire destroys vacant home

The blaze happened in the 300 block of Santa Clara Circle off Terry Road just after 10 p.m.

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Investigators are trying to figure out what sparked a house fire in south Jackson late Sunday night.

The blaze happened in the 300 block of Santa Clara Circle off Terry Road just after 10 p.m. The home was empty, but few other details are available at this time.

Fire officials have not yet commented on what may have caused the fire.
