JSU's Kelsey Howard shows toughness

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Kelsey Howard was one of the state's top basketball players back in 2009.

As a senior he averaged 20 ppg for Vicksburg.

That stat caught the eye of Jackson State head coach Tevester Anderson.

After signing with the Tigers, Howard's career got of a black and blue start.
