Fire crews contain house fire near Lindale

SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Fire crews responded to a house fire near Lindale early Friday morning.

The Smith County Fire Marshal and Lindale fire crews were called to the scene near the intersection of Highway 110 and FM 1995 around 4 a.m.

The neighbors tell KLTV, they believe the house was a rental property and no one was living there at the time of the fire.

The exact cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
