KNOXVILLE, TN, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Xinergy Ltd., (TSX: XRG) ("Xinergy" or the "Company"), a Central Appalachian coal producer, announced today that that it plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012 after the market closes on Thursday, March 21, 2013 and hold a conference call to discuss those results on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.

Interested parties are invited to participate in the conference call, during which prepared remarks from the Company's management team will be followed by a question and answer session.  The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet for those who want to listen only with a replay available on the Company's website shortly after the event.
