Accident on Stack slows parade traffic

FLOWOOD, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A two car accident on I-55 South slowed traffic after the parade near downtown Jackson.

M.H.P. and Flowood Police were on the scene of that crash around 2:30 Saturday afternoon.

It happened in the southbound lane of the interstate at the stack.

The crash left a red four door car facing north on the shoulder of the roadway.

The other vehicle involved was a white four door sedan.

We do not have information on the injuries of those involved.
