Will Hutto Get Death Penalty?

Good evening this is Maggie Wade with some of the stories we'll have tonight at 10 on WLBT.

Jury members brought in from Oxford could begin deliberating convicted killer James Hutto's fate tomorrow. Hutto was convicted of killing an 81 year old Clinton woman last week.

It is his second escape and tonight Smith County authorities are on the look out for Terry Bynum. He escaped from a deputy in October. Sunday morning he crawled over razor wire to get away!

New developments tonight...28 year old John Paul Rando is behind bars, accused of throwing his 4 month old son against a hotel wall in Clinton while the child was strapped inside a car seat.
