Start with the vinaigrette by whisking together the ingredients.
Build your salad in a large bowl. Pour in peas, slivered almonds and strawberries.
Add arugula and spinach (or any mixed green). Mix the ingredients then pour the vinaigrette on the mixture.
Fold in the vinaigrette then put a portion of a plate. Top salad with a few pieces of shaved parmesan and add cracked black pepper and sea salt.
