Catfish Jules


  • 4-6 medium-sized catfish fillets
  • 1 cup dale's meat marinade
  • 4 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Saltine crackers


Marinate catfish fillets in Dale's for approximately 30 minutes. Grill until cooked approximately 15 minutes. Cool and crumble.

Combine cream cheese and heavy cream and beat with a hand mixer until well combined. Add lemon pepper seasoning. Layer on a platter, top with cocktail sauce, crumbled catfish, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve with saltine crackers.
