Two women were arrested around 8:15 p.m. Thursday and charged in connection with two vehicle fires last week in Jackson.

According to Jackson Fire Department Chief Investigator Gregory Travis, Tristian Gorden, 18, of Jackson, and Natasha Jobe, 22, of Camden, are both charged with arson and conspiracy.

Travis said the two women are accused of conspiring to set two vehicles on fire. The first was on Queen Julianna Lane Aug. 20. The second was on Engleside Drive Friday.

Travis said the women were retaliating against someone.
