Packed in like "Sardines"

Good Wednesday morning from MSNewsNow's Brandon Artiles!

Well, that cool down Michael's been talking about all week touches down today. It doesn't look like we'll even make it out of the 60s. For now, it's 53 degrees and Meteorologist Michael Haynes will walk us through the day's weather in his First Alert Forecast.

Happening now, the Hinds County Board of Supervisors is waking up facing a lawsuit after an attorney accuses the county of packing in prisoners like "sardines" at the Raymond Detention Center. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.  We'll tell you about other allegations at the top of the hour.

Plus, more questions and fewer answers by the day following the problem plagued roll-out of the Obamacare website. One democratic lawmaker is asking for more time for potential enrollees to register before fines are imposed.

And, we'll have details and Skycopter 3 video of how a domestic dispute ended with gun shots and a car flipped-over in a ditch.

All those stories and much more are headed your way.

Please join us from 5 to 7 and for more Mississippi News Now drop by Fox 40 from 7 to 9.

Have a great hump day!
