3 children shot in Jackson drive-by

Good morning on this Wednesday from MSNewsNow's Brandon Artiles.

We're starting the day on the warmer side for the season at 64 degrees. Meteorologist Michael Haynes has what today's weather holds, as-well-as if we're going to have to go to plan-B for trick-or-treating on Halloween in his First Alert Forecast.

Happening now, a 3, 5 and 7 year-old are recovering at UMMC after being shot in a drive-by while inside their Camilla Street home. As Jackson Police track down that gunman they're also on the lookout for the suspect involved in a separate shooting at an apartment complex.

Plus, the first case of flu has been confirmed in Mississippi.  We'll let you know how you can protect yourself and/or your children from the germs that jumpstart the flu in Medical Matters.

And, scrutiny over the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov, continues to intensify as the site experiences another outage Tuesday night.

All those stories and much more are headed your way at the top of the hour.

Please join us from 5 to 7 and for more Mississippi News Now we have an option for you. Turn it to Fox 40 from 7 to 9.

Have a great Wednesday!
