Sheriff says more charges coming for Burns

Good Wednesday morning from MSNewsNow's Brandon Artiles!

It's 58 degrees as we get this day started and there's the potential for rain later on.  Meteorologist Michael Haynes will get us ready for the day's weather with his First Alert Forecast.

Now charged with arson law enforcement in Hinds and Copiah Counties are preparing more charges for Timothy Burns.  Burns led investigators to an abandoned house on Tuesday in rural Copiah County where the bodies of a missing family were discovered.

And, a former Rankin County fire chief is on trial facing 15 years in prison for a gratification of lust charge with some one under 18. Jewell Hillery will have live reports previewing day two of the Steven Lee Boggs trial.

Plus, election 2013 is in the books and in many cases the winners have been determined in races across the state and the country.

All those stories and much more are headed your way at the top of the hour.

Please join us from 5 to 7 and for more Mississippi News Now, we'll be on Fox 40 from 7 to 9.

Have a great Wednesday!
