LEXINGTON, KY (RNN) – There was no denying No. 4-ranked Kentucky Tuesday night.

Led by freshman guard James Young's five 3-pointers and 26 points, the Wildcats (4-1) defeated the University of Texas-Arlington Mavericks (2-3) 105-76.

Five Wildcats - including Young - scored in double digits Tuesday, including Willie Cauley-Stein's 14 points off the bench.

Kentucky shot nearly 51 percent from the floor and hit 27-of-39 of their free throws.

Mavericks guard Reger Dowell scored 20 points and forward Brandon Edwards scored 24 points in a losing effort.
