Six people hurt in two-car crash in Rusk County

RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office says six people, including a baby, were injured in a two-car crash near Mt. Enterprise on Wednesday night.

It happened at about 6:30 P.M. at the intersection of FM 95, and Highway 84, about five miles east of Mt. Enterprise.

The sheriff's office says there were three people in each car, and two of the injured were taken to Tyler hospitals by helicopter. One of the injured was an 11-month-old child, but the baby was not one of the victims flown to Tyler.

The names and ages of the injured have not been released. DPS troopers also helped to work the scene of the crash.
