BRANDON, MS (Mississippi News Now) - This week's Wednesday's Child has had another birthday and will spend another New Year's holiday waiting for the chance to go hunting and fishing with his very own dad. He is now 13 years old and says his number one hope for a forever family is that they love him no matter what.
Kenneth says everyone calls him "Kenny G", like the jazz musician. Kenny enjoys attending church and participating in group activities.
"I like to play video games and basketball. And you're great at bowling. Do you like bowling a lot? Yes mam. What do you like about bowling? Well you get strikes", Kenny told us.
Kenny is 6th grade this year and does well in art, music and P. E.
"I like reading. What do you like to read? Probably Harry Potter, something like that. Have you decided what you want to be when you grow up? Yes mam. I want to be a policeman cause they arrest people and protect the citizens", said Kenny.
Kenny has other siblings that he says he would like to stay in contact with.
"It's six of us. One girl and the rest are boys. Do you get to see them a lot? No mam. And you miss them? Yes mam", Kenny said.
Farm living is what Kenny is hoping for, but he says more than anything he just wants his own family.
"The ones that got animals and somewhere near my brother", explained Kenny.
Whether its bowling, fishing or football, Kenny says the most important thing is having a family to share every experience.
