Ham and Cheese Melt
Add olive oil to a hot pan and sear ham for 3-5 minutes on each side. Add parsley and cheddar cheese on top of the ham slices. In another pan, slightly melt butter and toast wheat bread slices. Next, spread mayonnaise and spicy mustard onto the toast. Finally, build sandwich with toast, ham, cheese, tomato, and lettuce.
Parsley: Helps prevent osteoporosis. Contains high levels of vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium.
