LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Here are ten things Kentuckiana will be talking about today:

1.       Weekend weather – WAVE 3 News Storm Tracking Team Meteorologist Christie Dutton promises a sunny and warm start to the weekend, but rain – and even some light snow for some – could be on the way. Get Christie's forecast by clicking here. 

2.       Bardstown officer resigns- Officer Tony Satterly has resigned from the Bardstown Police Department following an investigation by Kentucky State Police. A KSP spokesperson said Satterly's case will be presented before a grand jury March 19. 

3.       Audit of JCPS – For the first time we are learning when the Kentucky Auditor may release the findings of his year-long examination of how Jefferson County Public Schools are spending taxpayers' money.  Click here to find out if he thinks taxpayers will be concerned with the findings 

4.       UK professor arrested – Dr. Neil Williams, a veterinary professor, was suspended after University of Kentucky police said they found child porn on his work computer.

5.       Major downtown investment – A $261 million hotel, apartment and retail complex is coming to downtown Louisville. Mayor Greg Fischer the developers call the project the largest investment downtown since the KFC Yum! Center. 

6.       Fire survivor returns – A southern Indiana girl who survived a January fire that killed her three siblings is expected to be released from Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis today. A parade in her honor is planned tomorrow at 10 a.m. in New Albany.

7.       Sharpton in Louisville – Rev. Al Sharpton will be in the Derby City today. Sharpton will give the keynote address for UofL's annual Dr. Joseph H. McMillan National Conference on the Black Family in America. He will speak tonight at 7:00 during the banquet. 

8.       Clinton coming to LouisvilleFormer Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is coming to Louisville next month. She is set to give a speech at the United Methodist Woman's Assembly at the Kentucky International Convention Center on April 26.

9.       Mine That Bird – Derby winner Mine That Bird is returning to Louisville in connection with the Kentucky opening of the movie 50 to 1 about the gelding's victory at Churchill Downs in 2009. Click here to find out when you can see Mine That Bird and how long he will be in Louisville.

10.   Bridge collapse lawsuit - Kentucky transportation officials are suing the crew of a cargo ship that hit part of a bridge in Western Kentucky causing it to collapse. The state says in a lawsuit that moved to federal court this week that it spent $7 million to repair the Eggner's Ferry Bridge after the Delta Mariner struck it in 2012.
