Good Monday morning from MSNewsNow's Brandon Artiles!

Chilly start to the day at 45 degrees, but the chill will soon give-way to sunshine and a nice warm-up. Meteorologist Julia Weiden will lay it all out for us in her First Alert Forecast.

Happening now, a Yazoo City man will face a judge this morning for allegedly killing Demarcus Jones during a fight at a city park. Jones died after suffering a blow to the head from a shovel and neighbors believe the melee erupted from a gambling dispute.  The violence didn't end there and we'll bring you all the details at the top of the WLBT AM Report.

Plus, the countdown continues to the deadline to sign-up for private insurance under Affordable Care Act, or "Obamacare". Meanwhile, critics say people are opting to the pay the penalty, because it would be cheaper than a premium.

Those stories and much more are heading your way.

Please join us from 5 to 7 and Mississippi News Now continues on FOX 40 from 7 to 9.

Have a great Monday!
