It's day three of 80 degree weather! We're off to a sultry start this morning with a good deal of humidity and warm temperatures. Clouds and sun mingle together this afternoon. We're keeping an eye on a disturbance that has the potential to impact some of us as we head into the afternoon. Rain and storms are possible, especially for those north of I-20 and the Natchez Trace.
Winds increase through tonight, coming out of the south at 10-20 mph with higher gusts. We'll have a hot and windy day on Thursday with highs in the mid 80s! As we head through the day, the rain and storm threat increases. There's a threat for severe weather overnight Thursday and into Friday morning. We're a bit cooler Friday afternoon in the mid 70s. Another round of storms (possibly strong to severe) is anticipated Sunday.
