MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC) - A judge wants to make sure a Memphis man accused of killing his 3-year-old son cannot get out of jail.

Jamie Jones, 26, was arrested January 14, 2013. He is charged with aggravated child abuse and first degree murder. Memphis police say Jones killed his 3-year-old son, Landon Stokes, while the child's pregnant mother was away at work.

Jones has been indicted. He went before Shelby County Criminal Court Judge Lee Coffee for a bond hearing on Friday.

Coffee set Jones' bond at $10 million dollars and told him he wanted to set it high enough that even if Jones' family won the lottery he would not be able to get out of jail.

Jones is due back in Coffee's courtroom on June 20.
