MADISON COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Blogger Clayton Kelly, who is facing several charges in relation to a photo he snapped of Senator Thad Cochran's wife Rose at St. Catharine's Village and posted online, is free on bond.

His bond was reduced earlier Thursday from $200,000 to $75,000, and Thursday afternoon he made bond.

Richard Sager of Laurel is also free on bond after his bond was reduced from $500,000 to $50,000.

Also charged in the case is attorney Mark Mayfield, a Board member of the Central MS Tea Party, who was already free on bond.

The fourth person charged, John Mary of Hattiesburg, was released on his own recognizance because of a medical condition.

Kelly left the Madison County Detention Center with family members and said he couldn't comment on the charges he's facing, adding that it felt good to be out of jail.
