JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

78 year old Hazel Williams has been missing since April 7.

She was last seen at 9pm that night at her home on Bozeman Road just outside of Terry in Hinds County. Williams' sister walked her home that night, and made sure the door was locked when she left.

A large-scale search took place with multiple agencies after her disappearance was discovered, but no trace of her has been found.

She suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

This week, Hinds County authorities tell us there are no new leads, but the investigation remains open.

And Madison County Lawmen continue their search for 2-year-old Myra Lewis. The toddler disappeared from her home near Camden on March 1.

Search crews combed the area and searched a pond across the street from the house, with no luck.

About three weeks after Myra's disappearance, her mother was arrested on unrelated charges.

On July 3, Sheriff Randy Tucker said nothing had yet proven fruitful in finding Myra, and he can't accuse anyone of wrongdoing but he can't rule anyone out.

If you have information that can help locate either of these missing persons, call law enforcement.
