JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Suspects in a gang rape at a Shell Gas station appeared before a judge on Monday.

Marquise Samuel, Ja'Lon Jones, and Edward Samuel were all denied bond, and will stay in jail for now.

They are charged in relation to an incident on Friday, July 18 at the gas station on Daniel Lake Blvd.

On Saturday, 20-year-old Ja'Lon Jones and 18-year-old Edward Samuel both turned themselves in at JPD Headquarters.

Jones is being charged with sexual battery and accessory after the fact to armed robbery of an individual.

Authorities said Edward Samuel is being charged with sexual battery.

A warrant for the arrest of Marquise Samuel, who was also identified through video surveillance, will be issued.

He was already in the Hinds County Detention Center in Raymond on unrelated charges.

Marquise Samuel will face two felony charges: forcible rape and armed robbery of an individual.
