Plea deal possible for Laurel teacher charged in Rose Cochran photo case

The attorney for a Laurel man accused of plotting to photograph Senator Thad Cochran's bedridden wife, said he is working on a possible plea deal.

Plus, Jackson Police Chief Lee Vance says one of the two men sitting inside a black Honda Accord around 11pm Tuesday night at Visions Sports Bar, was likely the intended target of a retaliation shooting.

And, Clinton police have confirmed 24-year-old Benjamin Thomas was killed in an accident on I-20 in Clinton this morning.

Also, the Mississippi State Department of Health confirms a third death West Nile virus death.
