TERRY, MS (Mississippi News Now) - Police executed a search warrant at a Terry home and discovered a treasure trove of stolen items. Police arrested a man they believe has been stealing items out of multiple storage units in the Terry area for months.

Trevor Lee Overby is behind bars, and police continue to recover stolen goods.

"Most of the things recovered were a bunch of tools, some furniture and some electrical appliances that had been taken out of these storage's out of the last two months," said Chief Bracy Coleman.

Coleman says for the past two months his team has been investigating break-ins that have been happening at multiple storage units in the area.

"Two nights ago, one of my officers while on patrol, intercepted one of the suspects that's in jail right now leaving the premises and we came in and investigated and found out that he had actually burglarized the storage facility," said Coleman.

Overby's arrest also led police to a second suspect and a second search warrant at another storage unit in Terry. Chief Coleman says more arrests are expected in this case.

Overby is in the Hinds County Detention Center, charged with business burglary.
