He is not sure if his name Jaggar is in tribute to Mick Jagger, but he is too young to know any songs by the Rolling Stones. Jaggar is 14 years old and like his big brother Chase, he wants to be a professional football player.
Jaggar is friendly, and likes to have a positive attitude.
"I'm pretty cool once you get to know me, and I like to play basketball," said Jaggar.
Though he likes basketball, swimming, and golf, Jaggar wants to be a professional football player. His favorite team, the San Francisco 49'ers.
"Because they won the Super Bowl, said Jaggar. Wait, did they?"
Jaggar would prefer a home that does not have any other children. He and his brother are separated and will not be adopted together.
Jaggar says he is ready to have a permanent home.
"One reason why is because I can't have any contact with my biological family," Jaggar told us.
If he could have one special wish, Jaggar says it would be hard, but he knows what he would ask for.
"To get adopted," said Jaggar.
He has also decided the kind of parents he wants.
"Christians that like to play sports," added Jaggar.
Jaggar says having some time with his brother is better than nothing, but he is hopeful once he's adopted they will still be a part of each other's lives and stay in contact.
