RANKIN COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) - The family of 4-year-old Helena White is continuing to share her inspirational improvements on the Facebook page called Prayers for Helena, Chasity, and family.

They've shared stories, updates, pictures, and even video of little Helena blowing bubbles (see the video above.)

Everything seems to show the little girl is making miraculous improvements since she was involved in a near fatal accident on December 28.

Around 4 pm, that day, the Rankin County Sheriff's Department received a report of a one vehicle accident in the 1100 block of Star Road near Brandon.

The vehicle had overturned in water and a child was trapped inside.

Before first responders arrived on scene, residents from across the street and a passerby jumped into the water lifted the car far enough out of the water where Helena could be cut free of the child restraint.

Dustin Barnes, a spokesman for UMMC said Helena is now in good condition.
