JULIA'S FORECAST: Cool, damp & blustery

Prep your self for bone-chilling dampness today! Clouds, drizzle and fog make for a miserable morning weather-wise. Add on an extra layer and give your self a few more minutes to get to school or work, should you run into low visibility areas due to fog.

It's also a breezy start to the day. Winds are generally out of the north/northeast up to 20mph through the day. That's creating a wind chill factor that feels several degrees cooler than what our thermometer reads. Given that our high temperatures won't be much warmer than what we're experiencing in the morning (low 40s), the majority of the day will likely have a "real feel" in the low and mid 30s.

Clouds hang tough through the day and through much of the overnight. Breaks with sunshine will be minimal. As of right now it looks like more sunshine is possible Wednesday afternoon, but the temps are still cool in the mid 40s. Clouds and a few showers return for Thursday, high still in the mid 40s.

Friday will be seasonable! We're expecting mid 50s and sunshine to wrap the work week.
