All shook up

Epicenter of latest earthquake also near Nissan Plan

Beautiful, sunny and warm day in the Jackson metro area. I'm Howard Ballou with a look at some of the news stories you will see on WLBT.

USGS has confirmed a 3.2 magnitude earthquake hit about 4.3 miles southwest of Canton at 8:23 am, with the epicenter of today's earthquake just east of I-55, near the Nissan Plant, within less than a mile of one that happened in May.

Plus, the body of 69-year-old Sharon Wilson, the woman who went missing from Drummond Street in Vicksburg, was found by ghost hunters on Sunday at the abandoned Kuhn Hospital on Martin Luther King Boulevard.

And, circuit clerks are now issuing marriage licenses to ALL couples in Mississippi. Hind's County Circuit Clerk Barbara Dunn is leading the way to comply with the SCOTUS ruling.
