JULIA'S FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Wednesday - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS

Julia Weiden's First Alert Wednesday Forecast

AM Commute: The morning will be much quieter today compared to yesterday. Skies are hazy and the temperatures are seasonable, kicking off in the upper 60s and low 70s. By 9am the temperature will be near 80.

Afternoon: We're not entirely rain-free today, but several folks will only hear the rumbles of thunder off in the distance while experiencing a mix of sun and clouds. Rain and thunder will be spotty in coverage on the map today. A few storms that develop could reach severe criteria (meaning gusty winds and hail).

Tonight: Any leftover showers come to an end. We'll be partly cloudy and mild in the low 70s.

Tomorrow Through the Weekend: Occasional showers and thunderstorms will be the theme for the next several days! Highs will be in the upper 80s and low 90s. Stay tuned for the latest on the forecast for the Fourth of July!
