JULIA'S FORECAST: Possibly the hottest temperatures in 5 years

Julia Weiden's First Alert Friday Forecast

**A Heat Advisory is in effect for several counties today. Temperatures will reach near 100 with the "feels like temperature as hot as 110.**

AM Commute: No weather obstacles greet us for the last morning commute of the work week. We're starting our Friday morning with haze and temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s. The sun comes up at 6:19 AM. Temperatures will be in the mid 80s by 9AM.

This Afternoon: The heat is intense today (and so is the humidity) with temperatures in the upper 90s to near 100. Many will feel as hot as 110. Skies are mostly sunny today.

Weekend: We're still expecting to see some of the hottest temperatures yet! Saturday will be as hot as 103, Sunday as hot as 105. Both days will be mostly sunny with oppressive humidity. It's a great weekend to watch a movie indoors! Overnight lows are in the upper 70s.

Next Work Week: The high heat and humidity will still be cranking on Monday with temperatures as hot as 103. The next weather system will pass through during the middle of the work week, and as of now there looks to be some relief in the temperatures and humidity by the time we reach Thursday. The chance for rain and thunder is still low-end.
