Julia Weiden's Christmas Eve Forecast
Morning: It's a foggy morning! Go slowly and use your low beams. Temps are in the 60s and low 70s.
Afternoon: Doing last minute shopping? Have an umbrella with you, but don't expect to use it much. Showers will be spotty at best today. It will feel very warm and muggy with a high near 80. That could match the record of 80 set in 1955.
Evening: No sitting by the fireplace tonight! We'll be in the mid 70s at suppertime and mostly cloudy. You may even want to have the air conditioning on tonight as temperatures drop to the mid 60s by daybreak.
Christmas Day: Storms are likely, especially during the first part of the day, but the severe weather threat is low. Temperatures are warm in the upper 70s and low 80s again! The record is 80, last hit in 1980.
Weekend: Both Saturday and Sunday will be in the upper 70s and low 80s. There's a 20-30% chance for rain and storms.
