JULIA'S FORECAST: A soggy, washed out Tuesday

Julia Weiden's Tuesday Forecast

AM Commute: It's a good idea to grab the umbrella and some extra layers this morning. Temperatures feel warm for  this time of day (50s and low 60s) but we'll be getting cooler by afternoon. Showers are likely through the morning drive, especially along and north of the Trace. Sun comes up at 6:58 AM.

Afternoon: Temperatures drop into the mid 40s and rain becomes widespread. Heavy downpours and a few thunderstorms are possible, but it will mostly just be steady, moderate rain.

Tonight: Showers end and temps drop to the mid 30s. The sun goes down at 5:28 PM.

Rest of the Week: We're going to be sunny and on a warming trend. Weds and Thurs in the low to mid 50s, Friday in the low 60s.

Weekend: It will feel like spring! Upper 60s/low 70s and sunny!
