JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

The second suspect connected to a string of business robberies around the city has turned himself in to police.

19-year-old Pierre Pryer turned himself into police on Thursday afternoon. He was wanted for three counts of armed robbery of a business and one count of armed robbery of an individual.

Ivan Eatmon was arrested on Wednesday and charged with four counts of armed robbery of a business and two counts of armed robbery of an individual.

The charges are in connection with the robberies that happened at Waffle House, Nail City and Beatty Street Grocery last week.

Last week, gunmen entered Beatty Street Grocery and Nail City on Terry Road and robbed both businesses. They are also suspected of robbing the Waffle House on McDowell Road on Sunday.

Eatmon is also charged in Thursday’s robbery of Jackson Ice House where the cashier was robbed at gunpoint and the suspects left the scene in a black Chevy Impala.

Ridgeland police contacted JPD about the Impala, which they said was linked to recent robberies in Ridgeland.

The Impala was stopped Sunday, and the driver was identified as Eatmon, which led to his arrest.

Police say more arrests are possible.
