JACKSON, Miss (AP) -

Sheriff Mason held a presser on the escaped inmates out of Hinds County Friday.

One of the three inmates who escaped February 10, was turned in Friday by his sister.

The 3 inmates were picking up trash when they all walked off the site and got away.

Jeremy Demond Jordan, who was charged with violating traffic ordinances and contempt of court is now back behind bars.

According to Sheriff Mason, Jordan was also expecting a child.

This escape turns what was only a few more weeks detained into a felony which is a minimum 5 years guaranteed.

Mason says, "When we asked Jordan why he ran he responded by saying he was listening to the devil and regretted it."

The other two inmates are still at large.
