Blackmon was trying to leave the parking lot of 2800 Northside Dr. when there was some kind of altercation between several people in the parking lot.

Several people produced guns and exchanged gunfire.

A warrant for his arrest has been issued for the charges of Murder and Shooting in an Occupied Vehicle.

Anyone with any information on Shawn Trotter is urged to contact the Jackson Police Department at 601-960-1234 or 601-355-TIPS.
