JULIA'S FORECAST: Severe storms possible Easter Sunday

Julia Weiden's Good Friday Forecast

Today: After a cool morning in the 40s, the afternoon will be in the upper 60s. It will feel fantastic today with lots of sun and light winds out of the north. Tonight we'll dip to the mid 40s under clear skies. The sun goes down at 7:16 PM.

This Weekend: Saturday will be mostly sunny and in the upper 70s, so feeling nice and warm. This is certainly the better half of the weekend, and the nicer day to do outdoor Easter egg hunts. Easter Sunday will be in the upper 70s with rain and storms. Some of the storms could have gusty winds and hail. Rain and storm activity will likely be on and off throughout the day, but it's not going to be a complete all day soaker- we will have breaks from the showers at times.

Next Week: We're dry on Monday and Tuesday with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. We're watching another storm system that could bring potential severe weather on Wednesday and Thursday.
