JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

17-year-old Ivan Eatmond is in Hinds County Court April 18.

Eatmond was scheduled to graduate from Wingfield High School in May but now he is in jail facing a $75K bond.

He is the alleged co-defendant in armed robberies that happened in Jackson, Clinton, and Ridgeland.

Eatmond and a Pierre Pryer are accused of armed robbing Jackson Ice House, Beatty St. Grocery, and Nail City in Jackson.

Testimony in court revealed that Eatmond has admitted to his role in those robberies.

JPD also testifies that Eatmond told them that "his mother wouldn't give him any money" and that's why he decided to rob those businesses.
