Nineteen-year-old Joshua Dukes appeared in court on Monday.
Dukes had been charged with capital murder as a co-defendant in the robbery and shooting of Eli Nunez Sanchez and Daniel Gomez on Westhaven Drive in March.
Surveillance video tied Dukes to the killings, as he was seen in a vehicle which belonged to his girlfriend.
Now the 19 year old faces a third capital murder charge as well.
Last week, JPD investigators connected Dukes to the murder of 85-year-old James Hankins, who was shot and killed in his front yard two months ago.
The judge found sufficient cause to bound Dukes over and ordered no bond.
