May 13, two indictments are being served from the Lincoln County Grand Jury session.
Cordarryl Lamond Bell is being indicted for First Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault.
On January 30th 2015, Bell, who is from Brookhaven, was arrested in Pennsylvania for killing Aquarius Nelson who is also from Brookhaven.
Nelson was gunned down at a home on Walnut Street.
Bell went to Lincoln County jail with a one million dollar bond.
Christopher Leigh Hamilton is being indicted for 2 counts of Attempted Murder, 2 counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Shooting into a Motor Vehicle.
Hamilton is from BogueChitto and was arrested for allegedly shooting at a sheriff's deputy on December 26, 2015.
Investigators say Hamilton opened fire first, when an officer tried to serve him a warrant.
The deputy shot back, and Hamilton was treated at a local hospital.
A one million dollar bond was set for him and he was placed in the Lincoln County jail.
