Jackson police looking for April shooting suspects

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

On Thursday, around 1:30 a.m., Jackson police responded to UMMC about a person that had been shot on Lindsey Drive near Oakmont Drive.

When officer's arrived, they found that a 22-year-old man had been shot in the right leg.

He was driving a light colored Honda Accord with a black fender.

The man was taken to the hospital in a private car and he has been listed in stable condition.

During the investigation, detectives identified 21-year-old Jamerio Hudson as the person allegedly responsible for this incident.

Hudson is also wanted for a shooting that happened on April 6 at Westwick Apartments on Flag Chapel Road.

Hudson, along with 21-year-old Ontario Williams shot a man named Kadarius Warden multiple times.

Both men have warrants for Aggravated Assault.

Police say that these men could possibly be driving a 2007 silver Chrysler 300 with the license plate HNL 310.
