MADISON COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A Madison County doctor and his wife appeared in court on Friday after they were arrested for 20 counts each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Back in 2014, they were arrested after police found teenagers drinking alcohol at their home.

According to Madison County prosecuting attorney Pamela Hancock, Anne Dulske’s charges were reduced from 20 counts to 8 counts of social hosting.

She pleaded guilty and received a $1,000 fine for each count, 90 days in jail for each count was suspended based upon good behavior for the next 2 years and 80 hours of community service.

Michael Dulske’s charges were remanded because they could not prove that he knowingly social hosted.

Witnesses that were interviewed said he was not seen around the house during the party and was possibly asleep while the teens were drinking alcohol.

Pamela also says the social hosting law changes July 1 from 90 days maximum jail time to 6 months.
