JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

One of the suspects in the Jackson ATM thefts has been arrested and charged with Armed Robbery of a Business regarding the Regency Hotel on July 11.

39-year-old Andrew Moore was arrested at the Mustang Motel on Northside Drive. Moore is wanted for the July 6 burglary of a Texaco, located at 123 W. Northside Drive. Moore has also been charged with business burglary.

Moore was denied bond in a Jackson Municipal Court on Tuesday.

The other suspect, 33-year-old Courtney Buckley, is still at-large. He's wanted for the July 5 burglary of the Shell Sprint Mart, located at 4775 Clinton Blvd. An ATM was stolen during this incident and Buckley has been charged with business burglary.

One theft took place around 5:54 a.m., at the Spring Mart in the 4000 block of Clinton Blvd. The suspects used a silver 4-door Ford F-150 to pull the doors off of the gas station. They were able to get away with an ATM.

A second break-in occurred at the Gas Mart on North State Street. The suspects used a truck to tear the doors off, but they were unable to get away with anything.

The owner of the gas station told our crews that nothing was stolen and the front door was the only thing that was damaged.

A third gas station was burglarized just before 5 a.m., Tuesday morning.

Police say the thieves damaged the front doors of the Quick Stop on West McDowell Road.

The suspects were not able to get away with anything at this station either.

According to JPD's Twitter, the suspects were in a silver 4-door Ford F-150 with Mississippi tag 6AM 540. The truck was reported stolen from the Leverette Glass Company in Grenada.

Authorities say that there were 3-4 suspects involved and they had their faces covered.

This is a developing story. We will update as more information becomes available.
