The Mississippi Department of Corrections says two escapees are now back in custody.
Zachary Savoie and Joshua Walton, were captured Friday in different parts of the state thanks to the efforts of MDOC and other law enforcement agencies.
The two men escaped the Harrison County Community Work Center in Gulfport on September 11.
Savoie, 21, and Walton, 33, were both convicted of residential burglary.
Savoie received a total of four years also for grand larceny in Pike County when he was sentenced on September 15, 2015.
Walton received six years in Neshoba County when he was sentenced this year on March 15.
