JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

According to Jackson police, a recent carjacking, armed robbery, house burglary, and auto theft are believed to be connected.

This all started with the carjacking at the Canton Manor Apartments on Wednesday. A woman was in the parking lot and two men approached her with a gun and stole her 2006 white Nissan Altima and robbed her of personal belongings.

That same evening, three armed men robbed Dollar Tree in Terry using the same stolen white Nissan Altima.

A home off of East Northside Drive was burglarized yesterday afternoon at 5:27 p.m. A man was seen on surveillance video kicking in the home's door and got away with electronics and other equipment. The same car is believed to be used in this burglary as well.

And at 7:07 p.m. yesterday evening, the same suspects are believed to have committed an auto burglary at the Outback Steakhouse in Jackson.

According to Commander Tyree Jones, police believe this crime spree is all connected. They are working to identify and find the men responsible for these crimes.
