SPRINGFIELD, Va. President Bush is acknowledging that seniors face "daunting" choices on Medicare's new prescription drug benefit.
But he's urging recipients to get help -- and not to give up on the coverage. Enrollment for the plan began a month ago for coverage that kicks off in January. However, many seniors are having a hard time choosing among the different private plans being offered. During a visit to a retirement home in suburban Virginia, Bush urged seniors to seek assistance if they're confused. He says plenty's available -- if not from family and friends, then from pharmacies, Medicare's Web site or church groups. Copyright 2005 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
