I will get that list to you today...It took me about 3 weeks, but I am on a very intensive exercise program, 6 days a week, treadmill = :45 minutes and upper and lower body weights about an hour.
Most programs are not that intensive and the weight loss is not as rapid. Also, cutting way back on your eating habits...for example my breakfast, half a bagel and a banana. Lunch, cup of soup and turkey sandwich. Dinner, small portions, mostly chicken, turkey, etc...
