Update on Jack Hobbs
As some of you may have seen on the morning program last Friday, Jack gained two pounds last week. Now, he was out sick last week and as you can probably relate, he is disappointed with the small set back. But, this is something that everyone should always plan for when starting a new work out / weight loss program. Usually, there will always be some type of set back. Whether it is due to sickness, business, tiredness.....it will happen. So, just remember not to get discouraged and to always bounce back and get into your routine.
Jack has done just that! He is doing great this week just as he was before he got sick. He is determined and working hard day after day. He communicates with our fitness staff which holds him accountable in a way.
Fitness Tip from Personal Trainer Trey Taylor:
Don't get discouraged with minor set backs. Just get back in the gym as soon as possible. Try to remain determined. Think of things that will help you stay determined. For example, getting into that swim suit in June! Find some way to be held accountable. Jack has the fitness staff to encourage him and help him stay on track. Who do you have to help you stay on top of your game? It could be a best friend, a co-worker, a family member, etc...
